What you can expect from us
We take safeguarding seriously
We monitor attendance as part of our safeguarding responsibilities and will always follow up if a child is unexpectedly absent.
Positive relationships come first
Children are supported through strong key person bonds, predictable routines, and respectful communication that helps them build self regulation.
Clear steps for accidents and illness
We record accidents and incidents carefully, keep parents updated, and follow national infection control guidance including exclusion periods when required.
Safe food, balanced choices
We follow robust food hygiene processes, support dietary needs, and operate nut free settings to help keep everyone safe.
Support that adapts to your child
We work with families and professionals to put the right support in place, led by our SENCo and wider inclusion support.
Gentle settling in and transitions
We use planned visits, consistent handovers, and child centred transition steps to help children feel secure as they move through rooms and on to school.
