A quick note on how messaging works

Through Famly, you can message your nursery's office team directly, it's a simple, two-way conversation so you can ask questions, share updates, or let us know about anything we need to know.

Messages go to the nursery office rather than to individual rooms or staff members, which means the right person always picks them up promptly.

You'll be set up with a Famly account when your child starts with us. If you have any questions about getting started, visit the Famly help centre for parents.
